The completion inspection and acceptance of fire engineering

I. Fire fighting electrical system

1. Test the insulation resistance, grounding resistance, grounding resistance of the system, installation and protection of pipelines (fire resistance level, spraying) of the automatic fire alarm system;

2. Check the setting status, installation quality, protection radius and distance from the surrounding occlusion, etc. of fire detector and manual alarm button, and sample check its alarm function at a ratio of 30~50%;

3. Test the installation quality of the fire alarm controller, the wiring in the cabinet, the setting of protective grounding, the setting of main and standby power sources and their conversion functions, and test the functions of the controller;

4. Test the installation quality of the control cabinet of fire equipment, wiring, hand and automatic control of the cabinet, and accept the signal feedback function of the screen of fire equipment;

5. Detect the audio functions of fire emergency broadcast, such as manual layer selection and automatic broadcast, remote control on and forced switch;

6. Test the fire telephone communication function in the fire control room, fire equipment room and the manual button;

External communication function;

7. Test the setting position and obvious signs of the fire control room, the setting of the indoor fire valve and irrelevant pipelines (no water), the setting and switching function of the double-circuit power supply;

8. Test the functions of the elevator for combined emergency landing and the use of the fire elevator, and check whether the three (five) calls are clear.

9. Test the setting, illumination, conversion time and graphic symbols of fire emergency lighting and evacuation indication signs;

10. Check the strong opening of emergency lighting and the strong cutting of non-fire power supply.

Cut off non-fire power supply function and light display function of fire layer;

11. Detect the automatic switch of the main and standby generators and all end switches.

12. Whether the CRT is set according to the regulations (public buildings over 50m, super high-rise, super high-rise commercial and residential buildings over 50m)
