Reason one, battery damage

1) There are two types of power batteries for emergency lighting and evacuation indicator lamps, namely, lead-acid battery and nickel-cadmium battery.

There are many factors of battery damage, the battery is likely to be damaged if the safety of the battery is broken, the service life is reached, and the battery is not properly charged and discharged.

2) The lighting brightness of emergency lighting and evacuation indication lamps fails to meet the requirements stipulated by the state.

Mainly is the battery charge and discharge is not in place caused.

Reason two, light source is damaged

General light source types include:

A. Incandescent lamps. Incandescent lamps have been basically phased out in emergency lighting due to their short life and high power consumption, but are still used in some maintenance-free double-headed emergency lamps.

B. Fluorescent lamps, generally used in emergency lighting, low wattage, due to light decay life and other reasons easy to damage.

C. Field-induced luminescence membrane: it is a new type of luminescence material, which is made by taking advantage of the luminescence phenomenon caused by the interaction between a certain appropriate solid and an electric field.

Its thickness and shape can be changed at will, no heat is generated in the luminescence process, brightness can be changed with the change of voltage and frequency, the life can be up to 5000 hours or more, can work in the environment is relatively harsh place, there is a wide range of temperature (-30℃~ 60 ℃), low power consumption.

Solutions:

For the light source damage, mainly because of the light source material life factors, damage can only replace the original specifications of the light source.

However, for evacuation sign lamps, field luminescent film is an ideal luminescent material to replace incandescent lamps and small fluorescent lamps.
