Working principle of fire emergency power supply system:

The fire emergency power supply adopts single inverter technology, which is integrated with charger, battery, 

inverter and controller.The circuit of battery detection and branch inspection is designed in the system, and backup operation mode is adopted.

1. When the mains power is in normal condition, the mains power is supplied to important loads through the interswitch device, and at the same time, 

the mains power is tested and the battery charging is managed. Then the battery pack provides DC energy to the inverter.In this case, 

the charger is a low-power DC power supply that only needs to provide charging current equivalent to 10% of battery capacity (Ah) to the battery bank. It does not have the ability to directly provide 

DC power to the inverter.

Joann: When the mains power supply is interrupted or the mains voltage exceed the contracted input voltage (±15% or ±20%),

the interswitch device will immediately switch to the inverter for power supply. Under the support of DC energy provided by the battery pack, 

the power used by the user at this time is the AC power converted by the inverter of EPS, rather than from the mains power.

3. When the mains voltage returns to normal operation, the EPS control center sends a signal to perform automatic shutdown operation on the inverter, 

and at the same time performs switching operation from inverter power supply to AC bypass power supply through its conversion switch.

Thereafter, EPS provides mains power to the load through ac bypass power supply path while charging the battery pack through the charger.

It does not need smoke exhaust and shockproof treatment, and has the characteristics of energy saving and no public hazard and fire hazard.

2. Automatic switching can realize unattended; 

The Switching time between power Supply and EPS power Supply is 0.1 ~ 0.25s;

3. With strong load capacity, EPS is suitable for inductive capacitance and comprehensive load equipment, such as elevator, water pump, fan office automation equipment, emergency lighting, etc.;

4. Use it reliably.

The service life of the main engine is over 20 years.

5. Adapt to harsh environments.

It can be placed in the basement or distribution room, or it can be set up on site close to the emergency load use area to reduce power lines.
